Cyber Retaliator Solutions is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our Training Division.
This role will encompass a combination of sales, administration tasks with a focus on sales calling.
The role includes:
Provide professional first line communication with customers
Drive sales by calling customers on a daily basis
Promote good working relationships by building and maintaining processes with internal and external parties
See the sale through in terms of documentation and liaison with the Customer, Business Development Manager and Vendor from the order to invoicing of customer and suppliers
Coordinate bookings with all resources
Ensure all operation functions are in line with customer requirements
Support miscellaneous functions to promote the efficiency of the training department
Uphold company values and compliance in all dealings
Qualifications and skills
Grade 12 or equivalent,
1-2 years’ experience
Basic understanding of business principals and compliance
Able to use Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle
Good Organization skills.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
